By booking with us, you confirm and accept the following terms and conditions.
- Should the weather conditions not be favorable to the intended schedule, we reserve the right to modify the trip. This is at the discretion of the captain and no refund will be applicable in this instance.
- If we cancel the trip on the morning of or within 24 hours prior to the trip, you shall receive a full refund if we cannot provide you with a suitable alternate date.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be applicable (even if you are sick, sorry!)
- All refunds through third parties are for their account and you must contact them for your refund.
- We reserve the right of admission on the day for any reason deemed to place passengers or crew in an unacceptable risk.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone from the vessel for disorderly conduct.
- For safety reasons NO UNDER 4 years allowed. If you book and mispresent the age of your child, you will not be allowed to board. No refunds will be given in this instance.
- We suggest you use a life jacket if you are not a competent swimmer. The sea has currents and only you know how well you can swim. Please request one from the Captain, especially at the snorkeling area.
- Whilst we take your safety as a priority, we cannot account for all scenarios. In the unlikely event you require medical evacuation please note this will be for your account.
- As a standard we do not serve alcohol before 11.30am for safety reasons on a shared basis.
- The Captains decision is final in all situations
